    Children With Special Needs
    Children with Special Needs / Babies Can’t Wait (CSN/BCW) Technical Assistance

    IHDD/UCEDD provides ongoing and systematic support to the statewide network of service providers and program administrators of the Part C Early Intervention program to ensure that practices are evidence-based and reflect the knowledge and skills needed to serve the unique cultural and linguistic needs of eligible infants, toddlers and families in natural environments.

    Children with Special Needs(CSN)Training and Technical Assistance Video Resource Library (www.csnlibrary.com)

    The Resource Library consists of a collection of training videotapes that focus on early intervention and issues relevant to children with disabilities from birth to eight and their families. The collection is available for free loan to authorized individuals responsible for training and technical assistance with local early intervention programs and as a continuing education resource.
