IHDD/UCEDD provides ongoing and systematic support to the statewide network of service providers and program administrators of the Part C Early Intervention program to ensure that practices are evidence-based and reflect the knowledge and skills needed to serve the unique cultural and linguistic needs of eligible infants, toddlers and families in natural environments.

The Resource Library consists of a collection of training videotapes that focus on early intervention and issues relevant to children with disabilities from birth to eight and their families.
