Why I chose my major

I have always been fascinated about people’s decision-making process in the economy. Economics is more than just a subject. It is the overall breakdown of people’s life and how we interact with the world around us. This major provides me the opportunity to understand driving factors of the consumer behavior; how and why consumers make choices in varying economic environments.

What I like most about FACS

The best part of FACS is that staff, faculty, and students here are incredibly welcoming and highly supportive. FACS is greatly invested in students’ personal and professional growth. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in FACS because I was intellectually challenged and motivated to present my best-self every day.
