Why I chose my major

Consumer economics offered the perfect blend of mathematics and conceptual thinking with people at its core. Through learning different areas of consumer policy and how they interact with our ever-changing economy, I feel equipped to help real people in the coming years. 

What I like most about FACS

Every faculty member in FACS care deeply about what they are teaching and the students themselves. I have always felt like every need from the faculty is met with joy and excitement for a student trying to learn. 

Post-graduation plans

I will be teaching as a SCUBA diving instructor this summer for a kids adventure program called Broadreach in the Caribbean. Afterwards I plan to settle in Charlotte, North Carolina in a job focused on sport event management or digital marketing.
